Full-service and partial planning: logistics, budgets, vendor curation, timelines and a calm hand on the day. We hold the schedule so you can hold the moment.

Concept, palette, tablescapes, stationery and spatial design — a single visual story that carries from the save-the-date to the last dance.

Decor
Florals, rentals, lighting, draping and custom fabrication — sourced, styled and installed by our own team, then quietly cleared once the evening ends.

Design
Mood, layout and a detailed design book, so you can see and feel the whole event before a single flower is ordered.

Production
Contracts, walk-throughs and a production schedule down to the minute. Every vendor briefed, every contingency planned.

The celebration
We run the day from the first delivery to the final farewell. You get to be a guest at your own celebration — present, unhurried, entirely there.

Decor
masterclasses
Mariangela leads intimate, hands-on masterclasses on the craft of event decor — concept and composition, color, florals and installation — for designers and enthusiasts ready to refine their work.
Held in small groups, in studio and on location. Dates are announced a few times each year.

About
Founded and led by
Mariangela Vallarelli
Vall Events was born from a simple conviction: that the best celebrations are designed, not assembled. Mariangela built the studio around a full-service model — one team carrying planning, design and decor from the first conversation to the moment the last guest leaves.
Based in Katy and working across greater Houston, the studio takes on a limited number of events each year so every client gets the attention the occasion deserves. Mariangela is known for her luxury themed celebrations and children’s parties, and shares her process through a series of decor masterclasses.
